These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kotk ("kotk", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at kotk.bet. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the kotk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement applies to all products and services offered by kotk, including but not limited to: live casino games, online slots, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), specialty game categories, bonus and promotional offers, deposit and withdrawal services, and customer support interactions.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the kotk platform and close your account. Continued use of any kotk service after amendments to this Agreement have been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

kotk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its platform or services at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. kotk shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which kotk operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

kotk is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on the kotk platform. This requirement applies without exception to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.

By registering a kotk account, you expressly confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kotk or any third-party responsible gaming organisation;
• The funds you use to deposit are from lawful sources and belong solely to you.

kotk employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you will be required to provide valid identification documents confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photo identification recognised in Bangladesh.

Parents and guardians are advised to use appropriate parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. kotk is not responsible for minors accessing the platform in circumvention of parental controls, but will act swiftly upon receiving credible reports of suspected underage access.

To access real-money gaming services on kotk, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If kotk detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended immediately, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kotk will treat any activity performed using your login credentials as activity authorised by you.

All financial transactions on the kotk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kotk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational and regulatory factors.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. kotk does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your kotk account within 90 seconds for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (UTC+6).
• Bank transfers: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

kotk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that is flagged by its fraud detection systems. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account balance, kotk reserves the right to reverse that credit regardless of whether funds have already been wagered. Players are required to report any such errors to support immediately and must not knowingly wager funds that have been credited in error.

kotk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus terms that apply to all kotk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Certain game categories, providers, or bet types may contribute differently (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• kotk reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors is detected.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds that remain after the stated expiry period will be removed from the player's account without notice.

Special seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — are offered periodically and are subject to their own terms. Players are encouraged to review the Promotions section of their account dashboard for current offers.

As a registered player on the kotk platform, you agree to use the services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of any criminal activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any area of the kotk platform, server infrastructure, or another player's account;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, harvest data, or circumvent game mechanics;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes;
• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software — any such issues must be reported to support immediately;
• Create or use more than one account, or register on behalf of a third party;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location at any point during your use of the platform;
• Make chargebacks or dispute legitimate transactions processed by kotk with your payment provider without first raising the matter through kotk's official support channels.

kotk reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Any breach of the obligations set out in this section constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, civil or criminal legal action.

You further agree to keep your contact details — including your registered email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times. kotk communicates important account notifications, security alerts, and regulatory updates via registered contact details; failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed communications for which kotk bears no liability.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the kotk support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Upon receipt of a valid closure request, kotk will process the closure within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to activate the self-exclusion tool directly from their account settings, which takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During any active self-exclusion period:

• The player's account is locked and cannot be used to deposit, wager, or access any game;
• Marketing communications to the player are suspended;
• The player cannot reverse the self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed, except in the case of permanent self-exclusion which cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

kotk reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, money laundering, underage access, abuse of promotions, or any other conduct that kotk deems harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of its operations. In such cases, kotk will retain any balance pending investigation and will communicate the outcome of that investigation to the account holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kotk, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kotk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond kotk's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information published on the kotk platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

kotk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kotk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. kotk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if kotk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions, kotk's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

This Agreement, together with the kotk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kotk with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and kotk relating to the platform. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
